Shipping Rates & Policies

U.S. shipping for smaller orders is usually between $4.80 to $12. However, prices vary depending on the weight and size of your order. You have the option of flat rate or calculated shipping. So, see which works best for you! And, remember...

U.S. shipping on orders $75 and over is always free!  

We ship within the United States via USPS Priority and First Class Mail. At this point, we don't ship internationally.

We typically ship within 3-7 business days from the time of your order. Domestic delivery times often average between 1 to 9 business days, and vary for each order. Please allow up to two weeks longer for your package to arrive during the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Remember, we're two people doing all this together! :) So, we'll always do our best to serve you to the best of our ability. But, please allow us a little wiggle room. We promise it'll be worth it!

We don’t offer the option of local pick up or delivery.

We are unable to cancel shipped orders.

If you wish to cancel or change an order that has yet to ship, please contact us at help@nyevu.com. We'll do our best to make any cancellations or changes that you wish. And, issue the appropriate refund. However, in some cases an order may ship prior to us being able to read your email. In which case, we will not be able to make any cancellations or changes.

We are not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged.

Due to the perishable nature of most of our goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We will make a refund in the amount paid on goods, only in the case of packages that are undelivered due to an incorrect address, and are sent back to us in good condition, not to be re-shipped to another address. However, shipping rates are non-refundable. In these cases, we will make our best effort to notify you that your package has been sent back to us. In the case that you as the purchaser request shipping to a different address, no refund will be made, and the cost of re-shipping the package to the new address will be your responsibility.

We greatly appreciate your patience as your items are carefully packaged, and your handcrafted order is lovingly delivered to your doorstep! Every time we ship out an order it's us putting together a special gift for you! And, it brings out the joy in our hearts!
